The AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate is a pivotal role within AutoNation Volkswagen Savannah, responsible for selling both new and used vehicles while meeting the gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards set by America's largest automotive retailer. With preferred relationships with over 30 lenders, you will be equipped to assist customers in securing financing, thereby enhancing their buying experience. Responsibilities

  • Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Set and achieve targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation's productivity standards.
  • Exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
  • Utilize CRM and equity mining tools to uncover better sales leads.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Over 1 year of automotive sales experience.
  • Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
  • Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to follow up with customers multiple times as needed.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
