About the position

Schlossmann Subaru City is looking for an experienced Sales and Vehicle Acquisitions Consultant to join their Milwaukee dealership. This full-time position offers a commission-only pay structure with the potential to earn between $60,000 and $120,000 annually, along with opportunities for performance bonuses. The role focuses on building relationships with customers and providing tailored advice on vehicle purchases, all while working a Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers through sales and vehicle acquisition.
• Advise customers on the best purchasing decisions and options.
• Achieve sales goals while providing excellent service.
• Gather information from customers about their needs and wants to ensure excellent customer service.
• Research current and upcoming models and market trends.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in auto sales and acquisitions.
• 1-3 years of related auto sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret customer needs.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
