About the position

As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist at the Aaron Buying Center, you will be integral to our vehicle purchasing process, working directly with private sellers to facilitate smooth transactions. This role emphasizes customer service and relationship-building, ensuring a rewarding experience for clients while negotiating fair prices for vehicle acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with private party sellers face-to-face to understand their needs and facilitate the sale of their vehicles.
• Collect and verify customer information and documentation required for vehicle acquisition.
• Conduct thorough vehicle assessments and evaluations to determine fair market value.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the acquisition process, ensuring a positive experience for sellers.
• Stay informed about market trends and vehicle values to enhance negotiation effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of vehicle pricing and market trends is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
