About the position
The Vehicle Delivery Driver, Service Porter, and Dealership Valet position involves working at an automotive dealership, primarily responsible for delivering vehicles, assisting customers, and managing vehicle inventory. This role offers a fast-paced environment with regular business hours, providing opportunities to gain experience in customer service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver vehicles between locations for customers.
- Occasionally transport customers in the Courtesy Shuttle.
- Occasionally move vehicles between dealerships.
- Occasionally pick up customer vehicles and transport them back to the dealership.
- Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership.
- Greet customers and move vehicles throughout the dealership.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license for at least one year (not including learners permit).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging.
- Strong communication skills.
