Responsibilities
- Performs diagnosis, maintenance and repairs to automotive vehicles, small engines, and grounds keeping/snow removal equipment.
- Serves as a point of contact for individuals and provides updates on repairs and maintenance.
- Documents completed maintenance and repairs according to established policies and procedures.
- Supports other areas of Buildings & Grounds with various tasks including but not limited to snow removal, grounds projects and moving furniture/equipment as required.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver License and be able to meet or exceed the minimum requirements for driving on state business.
- Available to work overtime (including nights, weekends, or holidays) in response to weather conditions or special events.
- Minimum of two years of experience, education or a combination of education and experience in small engine repair.
- Minimum of two years of experience, education or a combination of education and experience in vehicle repair.
Nice-to-haves
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with maintenance and repairs on Bobcat equipment.
- Experience with maintenance and repairs on Kubota equipment.
