About the position

The Vehicle Hardware Engineer will lead the Systems Engineering Team (SET) in managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensuring deliverable sign-off for contained systems. This role focuses on utilizing Systems Engineering principles, Design Thinking, User Experience, and hardware integration to develop and deliver innovative products and services that enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Systems Engineering Team (SET) in managing BOM and deliverable sign-off for contained systems.
• Utilize Systems Engineering principles to develop and deliver new products.
• Implement Design Thinking and User Experience methods in product development.
• Oversee hardware integration processes to ensure product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and hardware integration.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking and User Experience methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
