About the position

The Vehicle Wrap Installer at SATX SIGN MANAGEMENT LLC is responsible for applying vinyl wraps and graphics to a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality installations that meet design specifications. This role requires attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle wrapping and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Measure and assess vehicles to determine the appropriate size and layout for vinyl wraps and graphics.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and applying appropriate primers and adhesion promoters.
• Install vinyl wraps and graphics according to design specifications, ensuring proper alignment and smooth application.
• Use heat guns and other tools to stretch and mold vinyl around complex curves and contours.
• Trim excess vinyl and use cutting tools to create clean edges and precise finishes.
• Inspect finished installations for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments or corrections.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques related to vehicle wrapping and graphic installation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Wrap Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of vinyl wrapping techniques and materials.
• Proficiency with tools such as heat guns, squeegees, and cutting knives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physical dexterity and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred).
• Certification in vehicle wrapping or related field (preferred).
