About the position

The Venafi Senior Security Engineer at LTIMindtree is responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of Venafi TLS Protect for Data Center services. This role requires extensive experience in deploying Venafi services in AWS and managing software upgrades, migrations, and integrations with various technologies. The engineer will work closely with security protocols and tools to ensure the integrity and security of data across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Venafi TLS Protect for Data Center services.
• Deploy Venafi TLS Protect services in AWS.
• Manage software upgrades, new deployments, and large migrations of Venafi services.
• Develop documentation and runbooks for operational processes.
• Collaborate with teams using Jira and Agile frameworks.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of overall experience in security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Venafi TLS Protect installation and management.
• Experience deploying Venafi services in AWS.
• Familiarity with Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.
• Knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with PKI, Certificate Authorities, and HSMs is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs, REST/JSON.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Experience with documentation and change control processes.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, OSI, and basic networking concepts.
