About The Position

The Vending Machine Technician at PTSolutions is responsible for the assembly, setup, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of tool and MRO vending machines. This role involves both remote support and on-site visits to customer facilities, ensuring efficient operation and customer satisfaction. The position offers a flexible schedule with no weekend work, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

• Must be age 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) and Teams.
• Mechanically inclined with previous assembly experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO industrial vending machines.
• Perform on-site machine installation and service calls as needed.
• Maintain inventory and parts organization for vending machines.
• Communicate professionally with customer personnel.
• Coordinate with local Field Sales, Sales Manager, and VMI Manager regarding customer accounts.
• Assist with other projects and duties as required.
