This role is pivotal in actively scouting, identifying, and engaging vendors nationwide to join the CCFI network, managed through RepoSystems. The Vendor Acquisition Manager will utilize various communication methods, including phone calls, to showcase the advantages of the RepoSystems technology and the CCFI pricing model to potential vendors. This position requires a proactive approach to vendor outreach, ensuring that the benefits of partnering with CCFI are effectively communicated while addressing any inquiries or concerns from potential partners. In this role, the Vendor Acquisition Manager will develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage potential vendors. This includes leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to identify quality repo vendors. Collaboration with lenders and other stakeholders is essential to foster strategic partnerships and enhance the vendor acquisition process. The manager will maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and follow-up activities, ensuring progress towards acquisition goals is tracked effectively. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments is crucial for adapting strategies and driving continuous improvement. The Vendor Acquisition Manager will be expected to meet or exceed acquisition targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a high-volume call center environment, demonstrating a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
