The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a Vendor Acquisition Manager to join our team in Savannah, GA. This role is pivotal in actively scouting, identifying, and engaging vendors across the nation to become part of the CCFI network of vendors, managed through RepoSystems. The Vendor Acquisition Manager will engage with potential vendors primarily through phone calls, showcasing the benefits of the RepoSystems technology and the CCFI pricing model. This position requires a proactive approach to vendor acquisition, utilizing various strategies to attract and engage potential partners, including phone outreach, email communication, and participation in networking events. In this role, you will develop and implement creative strategies to identify and scout quality repo vendors, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge. Collaboration with lenders and other stakeholders is essential to identify potential vendors and foster strategic partnerships. You will maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, follow-up activities, and progress towards acquisition goals, serving as a liaison between potential vendors and the Vendor Relationship Manager to ensure a seamless handoff process post-acquisition. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments is crucial to adapt strategies and drive continuous improvement. The Vendor Acquisition Manager will be expected to meet or exceed acquisition targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a high-volume call center environment, making this a dynamic and rewarding position for the right candidate.
