About the position

The Vendor Data Specialist will be part of the Master Data group, focusing on the creation and maintenance of master data sets across various systems. This role requires strong data analysis and manipulation skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform assigned day-to-day tasks for the creation, maintenance, and data quality of master data sets.
• Create, maintain, and verify all global intercompany customers and vendor records.
• Analyze, monitor, and answer email questions that come through the group inbox.
• Create and maintain documentation of Master Data processes for all systems.
• Assist with vendor diversity reporting and yearly IRS reporting for 1099's and 1042's.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Proven success in working effectively in situations involving uncertainty, ambiguity, or lack of information.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and identify solutions.
• Attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
