Responsibilities

  • Leverage knowledge of digital and vendor-direct merchandising processes to improve operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the merchant community and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure effective function absorption and KPI achievement.
  • Utilize expertise in merchant reporting and retail math to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead the development of ad-hoc reports, training materials, and guides.
  • Manage and support essential operational processes to drive business success.
  • Assist with key company initiatives as required.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of direct experience in a relevant role.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with offshore teams and various departments.
  • Expertise in merchant reporting and retail math.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; above-average mathematical abilities.
  • Experience in developing training materials and supporting merchants.
