Responsibilities

• Managing the new vendor setup process for Taylor companies
• Responsible for managing Blanket Purchase agreements in Oracle Cloud
• Point person for the Taylor Vendor portal in Oracle Cloud
• Other operational projects for the Sourcing team

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with all levels of management
• A ‘can-do' attitude with a strong team player ethic
• Ability to make business decisions with the care of an owner
• Ability to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions in the business setting
• Good understanding of business ethics and ability to abide by our policies
• An intellectual curiosity to grow your knowledge of our business and role
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 2+ years of experience in a procurement role
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud
