About the position

The Marketing Designer role at WeddingPro involves creating compelling, on-brand designs that resonate with the vendor audience, driving engagement and conversions across multiple digital channels. The position requires a strong focus on user-centered design and performance marketing, with responsibilities spanning web, mobile, email, social media, and print. The ideal candidate will work closely with the B2B Marketing Creative team to maintain and expand the brand's visual style while collaborating with internal teams to meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Vendor Creative.
• Maintain the look and feel of the brand's visual style while expanding the use of existing design elements.
• Work on projects including marketing campaigns, web design, social media, emails, and event collateral.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strategic goals are met.
• Provide design production assistance to the team as needed.

Requirements

• BFA or BA in Graphic Design or equivalent program.
• 3+ years of digital and solid design experience, preferably in an in-house team.
• Strong knowledge of interface design (UI, UX).
• Exceptional portfolio displaying a range of digital media applications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task various projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Desire to learn how business needs drive design decisions.
• Team-player, collaborator, problem solver with a passion for detail.
• Understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and B2B tactics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing in paid social and email channels.
• Solid background in responsive design, typography, illustration, and infographic design.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing in Splash and Unbounce is a plus.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with print, animation, and event design.
• Familiarity with performance marketing strategies.
