About The Position
The position involves assisting with the setup of trusted vendors via Vendor Credentialing in Realpage software and following through all aspects of the vendor credentialing process. The role requires providing expert follow-up and exceptional assistance to on-site property managers and corporate departments. Additionally, the position oversees Spend Management software, providing necessary training to onsite and corporate staff to ensure seamless ordering and invoicing processes, maximizing purchasing power and controlling spending. The candidate will assist Accounting with OneSite accounting vendor creations and vendor profile maintenance, attend monthly scheduled calls with OpsTechnology to review property compliance reports, and lead notifications to upper management for process improvements and training opportunities. The role also includes providing training support to newly onboarded properties, coordinating with the Takeover and Disposition team for transitional properties, filing 1096s and 1099s by hard annual deadlines, filling in for administrative staff as needed, and performing other duties as assigned. This position has the potential for growth within the organization.
