BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Manager to support operations at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sports management or venue operations who are looking to advance their careers in the industry. As an exempt-level professional, the Event Manager will oversee event operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and smooth execution of events. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and managing event day operations. The Event Manager will report directly to the Account Manager and will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. In this role, the Event Manager will be responsible for supervising Event Supervisors and ensuring that all staff are well-trained and motivated. This includes evaluating performance, providing coaching, and making recommendations for assignments as needed. The Event Manager will also maintain positive relationships with clients and security personnel through regular communication and support. Identifying and addressing issues that arise during events is a key responsibility, as is responding to emergencies and ensuring effective communication with the Account Manager and other stakeholders. The Event Manager will coordinate all aspects of event operations, including technical and managerial tasks, and will assign work to Event Supervisors and staff. On-the-job training will be a significant part of the role, with a focus on developing and improving standard operating procedures. The Event Manager will ensure that all procedures and training materials are up-to-date and that the work environment is organized and safe.
