About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and events management, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth operations during events, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or related field, preferably with wedding and or high end event experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of events management principles is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed for events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including staffing, scheduling, and event coordination.
• Supervise and lead a team of staff members, providing training and support to ensure excellent guest services.
• Collaborate with event planners to coordinate logistics for various events, including weddings and corporate functions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests at all times.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment needed for events and daily operations.
