About the position

The Tech Lead for the Verification and Validation Systems Engineer will oversee system engineers in test planning activities for the Enterprise Verification and Validation team, particularly in support of integration and re-verification activities. This role involves updating and coordinating test plans within a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a tech lead in leading system engineers in test planning activities.
• Update, coordinate, and communicate test plans in a MBSE and AGILE test environment.
• Adjust test plans as planning matures and information changes.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to establish agreed-upon plans between teams.

Requirements

• Experience in systems engineering.
• Technical experience in Mission Systems, Vehicle Systems, Mission Planning, Reprogramming Labs, or Weapons activities on the F-35 or similar industry programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of overall F-35 air system, design, and processes.
• Strong task coordination and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience in lab or flight test planning and analysis.
• Modeling and Simulation Experience.
• MBSE planning and/or modeling experience.
• Experience with written, verbal, and presentation communications skills, including briefing to stakeholders.
• Project Management Experience.
