About the position
The Verifier position at Broadband Access Services Inc. is primarily focused on the daily verification of field production work related to network construction. This role involves preparing documentation for billing, compiling updates, and managing time-sheet data for employees. The Verifier will also handle incoming calls and perform various administrative tasks to support field operations.
Responsibilities
- Verify daily field production work via network construction prints and production dailies.
- Prepare documentation for daily billing.
- Compile and email updates for cleared work.
- Compile time-sheet data of employees.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take written messages.
- Prepare project tracking spreadsheets and as-built maps.
- Schedule police details as needed.
- Perform regular filing and routine cleaning tasks.
- Complete additional administrative, data entry, and warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and read fine print.
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs occasionally.
Benefits
- Compensation range of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
- Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.
