About the position

The Entry Level Verizon Client Service Associate position is a customer-facing role that serves as the primary point of contact for consumers. This role is essential for the success and expansion of the partnership with Verizon Fios, focusing on providing accurate and timely answers while guiding customers through the sales process. The position requires energy, organization, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our customer base to help them enroll through the sales process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of our clients' products and services.
• Answer questions about pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery.
• Interact empathetically with customers and work effectively with management or client executives.
• Adhere to compliance, guidelines, and procedures set by our Quality Control team.
• Maintain accurate files with the compliance department on new and existing customer accounts throughout their sales process and delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm with stressed or upset customers.
• Charismatic, courteous, and friendly demeanor with both customers and colleagues.
• Approachable and skilled at closing sales opportunities.

Benefits

• Full-time position with competitive pay ranging from $750.00 to $1,200.00 per week.
• Day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
