About the position
The Verizon Customer Care & Sales Associate role is designed for individuals who are dynamic, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This position focuses on educating customers about telecommunication products and services, processing enrollment requests, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The associate will serve as the main point of contact between the client and their customers, contributing to business development and customer acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to educate them on available telecommunication products and services and aid them in determining eligibility and processing enrollment requests.
- Develop the education necessary to serve as the main point of contact between our client and their customers.
- Attend daily training courses with our Directors to ensure that all employees are well versed on our client's products and services.
- Work cohesively with the sales team to effectively communicate with customers regarding products and services.
- Use personal and interpersonal communication skills to educate customers on available services.
- Make customer needs the primary focus in every conversation, actively listen, build rapport, and ensure customer loyalty, trust, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Education / GED is required.
- Highly organized and communicative with both colleagues and customers.
- Confident public speaking skills to present information clearly and concisely to customers.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment based on innovative technology.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
