• Conduct calls to customers seeking to learn more about products and services.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Motivated by the pursuit of retail sales milestone goals.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals effectively.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in multiple locations.
• Frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in sales as a Sales Associate, Sales Consultant, or Sales Representative.
• Experience in retail sales or as a Sales Manager or Account Manager.
