Responsibilities
- Educate consumers on new Home technology and its value proposition.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to create a best-in-class experience.
- Complete the sales process with qualifying customers to bolster the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and upper management to strategize sales and marketing processes.
- Communicate with quality control and sales support staff to adjust marketing tactics and stay informed on product changes.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or related fields is preferred.
