About the position

The Wireless Sales Associate at RXP Wireless is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling wireless products and services. This role offers a competitive compensation package with unlimited earning potential and opportunities for advancement within a successful sales team. The position requires adherence to sales processes and procedures while maintaining store standards and inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new and existing customers
• Meet current sales metrics
• Adhere to all sales processes and procedures established by the region and corporate
• Execute promotions and meet or exceed established sales goals
• Handle customer service issues
• Monitor store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levels
• Maintain store standards and appearance as established by the Store Manager and District Manager
• Provide data as requested by Store Manager/District Manager and complete weekly reports
• Work flexibly in stores within and outside of the district as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Work independently in a retail storefront
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Store Manager and District Manager

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of relevant field experience may substitute for one year of required academia
• Strong sales skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional appearance and ability to work early evenings and weekends
• Punctual and on time to all work-related activities
• Coach-able and willing to apply techniques and knowledge
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Current on company communications, promotions, and products

Nice-to-haves
