Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customer household needs and budgeting
  • Present, promote, and sell Verizon products and services to prospective customers
  • Explain in detail the advantages and usage of proposed products and services
  • Build trust with customers that translates to long-term brand relationships
  • Provide accurate and complete contact information and schedule Verizon installation appointments promptly
  • Answer all customer questions, troubleshoot any complaints, and always follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with all resolutions
  • Maintain current knowledge of all internet technology trends, products, procedures, services, and policies

Requirements

  • Prior experience or interest in technology, telecommunications, sales, or client relations is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is a must
