About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the VetConnect PLUS (VC+) group, you will lead a small team to communicate the clinical and economic value of the product. This role involves collaboration with global marketing and customer-facing teams to enhance product adoption and utilization among IDEXX diagnostic customers. Success in this position requires strong leadership in both software product management and team dynamics, particularly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead VetConnect PLUS product marketing by leveraging customer insights to create impactful clinical and economic value messages.
  • Promote customer adoption and utilization by understanding VC+'s value proposition and identifying opportunities for personalized customer experiences.
  • Provide leadership for the VC+ program in collaboration with Field Support Representatives, Customer Support, and Medical Consulting, managing training and self-service initiatives.
  • Gather competitive intelligence to provide insights on the diagnostic and integration portal landscape.
  • Foster collaboration between the Dx SW product marketing team and CAG commercial teams to efficiently respond to customer needs.
  • Act as an ambassador for VC+ across the organization, creating awareness of NSAT and other value drivers.
  • Establish quarterly VC+ CRBs in collaboration with the VC+ Product Management Team and Commercial Marketing Team.

Requirements

  • Strong product marketing experience with a blend of commercial and product management expertise.
  • Proven commercial impact and understanding in a marketing/customer service/sales context.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving results across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build bridges between commercial, product, and R&D organizations, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
