About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for VetConnect PLUS (VC+), you will lead a small team to communicate the clinical and economic value of the product. Your role involves collaborating with global marketing and customer-facing teams to enhance adoption and utilization among IDEXX diagnostic customers. You will leverage customer insights, manage training initiatives, and act as an ambassador for VC+ across the organization, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead VetConnect PLUS product marketing, leveraging customer insights to drive meaningful clinical and economic value messages.
• Promote and drive customer adoption and utilization by understanding VC+'s value proposition and differentiation.
• Provide VC+ program leadership with Field Support Representatives, Customer Support, and Medical Consulting; manage training and tools initiatives.
• Gather competitive intelligence on the diagnostic and integration portal landscape.
• Build collaborative working relationships between the Dx SW product marketing team and CAG commercial teams.
• Create awareness of NSAT and other value drivers, triggering discussions with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Establish quarterly VC+ CRBs in collaboration with the VC+ Product Management Team and Commercial Marketing Team.

Requirements

• Strong product marketing experience with a mix of commercial and product management experience.
• Commercial/Product Marketing experience (Marketing/Customer Service/Sales) is required.
• Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented disposition with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to build bridges between commercial, product, and R&D organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
