In this learning role, you will work closely with your team to build skills and proficiencies, preparing for advancement to the next level as a Mobile Expert. Your responsibilities will include helping customers navigate their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. You will explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, ensuring that customers find personalized solutions that keep them connected to their loved ones and lifestyles. You will also become skilled in using digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding, demonstrating how T-Mobile's coverage and services can benefit them. Completing training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and continuously seeking information about innovations in wireless technology will be key to your success. Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across various channels will help create a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise. This position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. We are looking for passionate customer advocates who can balance customer needs with performance goals and are willing to learn and share ideas with peers and store leaders.   • Demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services effectively to customers.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
  • Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and hand off small business leads to appropriate channels.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to an inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
  • Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect and have fun (Required)
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas (Required)
  • Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
