Responsibilities
- Lead the Cherry Valley team and uphold high standards of care.
- Influence the future direction of the clinic.
- Enhance current services and encourage new business ideas.
- Mentor and teach staff members.
- Build relationships with the client base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of current clinical experience in veterinary medicine.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Passion for small animal medicine and commitment to high-quality care.
- Ability to trust and collaborate with technician and support teams.
- Willingness to mentor and teach others.
