About the position

Global Veterinary Careers is seeking a full-time GP Associate Veterinarian for a full-service hospital in Cedar Hill, TX. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine consultations and wellness exams
• Perform surgeries including spays and neuters
• Provide preventative care and diagnostics
• Engage in internal medicine practices
• Collaborate with a multi-vet team and support staff
• Participate in mentorship and development opportunities

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA accredited university
• NAVLE certification
• ECFVG or PAVE certification if attended a non-AVMA accredited university
• DEA, State, and USDA licenses (can be acquired when hired)
• Proficient in general medicine, dental, and surgical experience

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in leadership roles
