About the position

The Veterinary Communications Manager at Nestlé Purina is responsible for enhancing the visibility and usage of Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets and other Purina products among veterinarians and veterinary staff. This role involves conducting educational events, providing technical nutrition information, and managing relationships within the veterinary community to support sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct educational events for veterinarians and veterinary hospital staff.
• Provide technical nutrition information to Purina veterinary sales personnel.
• Manage and execute elements of the Purina Veterinary College Program in assigned veterinary schools.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in the veterinary community.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in a small animal private practice or an internship.
• 3+ years' experience in private practice or similar industry (preferred).
