About the position

The Veterinary Customer Service Representative Manager at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle is responsible for leading and supporting the customer service representative (CSR) team. This role involves ensuring high-quality customer service, resolving client issues, and collaborating with the leadership team to enhance hospital operations. The manager will also engage in hands-on CSR duties as needed and assist with recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the CSR team
  • Fill in as a CSR as needed, spending the majority of time on the floor with the CSR team
  • Strategize with the leadership team to improve hospital flow
  • Resolve client issues and follow up with the leadership team
  • Complete expense reports
  • Assist with recruiting efforts

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Veterinary experience
  • Mid-level leadership experience (2 years)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Competence in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work late swing shifts if necessary
