The Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary clinic. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, both human and furry, ensuring that their needs are met with empathy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients and possess strong communication skills to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls with efficiency
  • Greet clients, both human and furry, with a smile
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information on products and services
  • Keep records of client interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Go the extra mile for clients
  • Work as part of a team
  • Demonstrate great telephone and computer skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of veterinary experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of front desk/customer service experience (preferred)
