The Client Service Representative at South Hill Veterinary Hospital plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to pet owners. The role is essential for ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing 'First Class' customer service to clients
  • Scheduling appointments and addressing client questions and concerns
  • Educating clients on vaccines and pet care
  • Invoicing and checking in/out clients
  • Maintaining medical records and performing office duties such as scanning and faxing
  • Listening effectively to assist clients with positive outcomes

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with the 'Avimark' system is a plus but not required

Nice-to-haves

  • Veterinary experience
  • Experience in veterinary pharmacy or assisting
