Responsibilities

• Compassionately greeting all incoming clients and assisting them with their pets
• Maintaining accurate record keeping
• Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
• Assisting in kennels and with animal care
• Making and managing appointments
• Checking clients in and out
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Assisting administrators with office tasks
• Promptly answering emails and faxes
• Helping technicians with animals
• Cleaning up after the animals
• Processing payments
• Running reports and making calls for reminders and payments

Requirements

• Customer service background
• Basic math skills
• Veterinary experience preferred
• Front desk experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
