Sunny Brae Animal Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring that clients and their pets receive the best possible care and attention. Your responsibilities will include managing a multi-line phone system, performing data entry, scheduling appointments, and checking clients in and out of the clinic. This position requires multitasking abilities and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their pets. While one year of experience in a veterinary reception role is preferred, we also value candidates with a strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-line phone system to answer calls and assist clients.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
- One year of experience as a receptionist in the veterinary field preferred.
