About the position

The Veterinary Receptionist at Woodsdale Animal Hospital is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets, serving as the first point of contact in a busy veterinary practice. Responsibilities

  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide stellar customer service to clients and their pets.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • 2 years of veterinary experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills.
