About the position

The Veterinary Sales Territory Manager at Ceva Animal Health is responsible for driving sales and building relationships within veterinary clinics in the Rochester/Buffalo, NY area. This role focuses on selling a full line of Companion Animal products, leveraging consultative sales techniques to enhance the health and well-being of pets. Responsibilities

• Preparing and executing the sales plan by managing and prioritizing activities to meet territory objectives.
• Completing pre-call planning with clear objectives for each sales call and scheduling appointments with critical account staff.
• Developing a sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through analysis of sales revenue and market share.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related sales results through advocacy of strategic products.
• Building long-term strategic relationships with veterinarians and key decision makers within veterinary clinics.
• Collecting and sharing market insights and competitor information to recommend changes in products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of proven track record in outside sales, preferably in a fast-paced business-to-business environment.
• Acceptable driving record and willingness to spend 8+ hours per day in a vehicle.

• Commission potential of $33,000-70,000
