Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician Assistant or Client Service Representative
• Positive work attitude and commitment to a stress-free environment for patients and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent patient care and superior customer service skills
• Comfortable working with veterinary practice software to complete patient records and treatment

Nice To Haves

• Fear-Free Certification
• Knowledge of eVet/Pulse software

Responsibilities

• Assist our Registered Veterinary Technician Team
• Assist our Veterinarians
• Load exam rooms for RVT/DVM appointments (obtaining patient vitals)
• Maintain cleanliness of facility
• Clean and maintain patient kennels, examination rooms, surgical suite, and treatment area
• Assist RVT in Radiology
• Assist RVT/DVM in Surgical Preparation
• Help co-workers with their job if needed, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filling medications, and check-in/check-out process
