Responsibilities
- Load exam rooms and prepare for patient visits.
- Take patient history in a timely manner.
- Draw blood and use in-house lab analyzers.
- Package blood samples for reference laboratories.
- Position and measure patients for X-rays.
- Gently restrain and handle patients during examinations.
Requirements
- Valid Veterinary Technician Certification license.
- At least three years of hands-on veterinary technician experience in a small animal medical setting.
- High school diploma or GED.
