Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in small animal care, including advanced nursing techniques and patient management.
• Proven expertise in triaging emergency cases and providing critical care.
• Proficiency in diagnostic and treatment procedures such as blood transfusions and surgical assistance.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high patient volume.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience mentoring or training veterinary staff is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with veterinary software systems like Ezyvet and SmartFlow.
