About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic vision for the business functions of JTS.

• Collaborate with the Chancellor and senior administration to contribute to institutional strategy formation.
• Manage the operating budget of $38 million and a $150 million endowment.
• Work with the board of trustees and internal and external constituencies to ensure transparent and compliant processes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, CPA).
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles focused on operational and financial management.
• Strong financial, strategic, operational, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Experience working with a chief executive officer and board of trustees.
