About the position

The Vice President-Acquisition Growth Marketing Manager is a key individual contributor role focused on driving new revenue through client acquisition and enhancing existing client relationships. This position involves collaborating with various teams to design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies that generate pipeline opportunities and build brand awareness for global payments products. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven campaign manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, manage and optimize integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive sales growth through new client acquisition and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Develop short and long-term programs to improve lead capture and nurture processes.
  • Monitor and report on program performance to leadership and partners, collaborating closely with analytics and technology teams.
  • Create strategic recommendations and implement performance benchmarks, audience targeting/segmentation criteria, and generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Lead A/B testing strategies across all execution channels to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop efficient lead management processes from marketing to sales.
  • Assist in content development to target clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization.
  • Manage controls and procedures in accordance with compliance requirements.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and provide strategic guidance across all channels.
  • Identify opportunities for adopting innovative marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Ability to work well in a matrixed organization with collaborative teams.
  • Experience tracking campaign performance, interpreting results, and developing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Experience executing innovative account-based marketing campaigns with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Advanced understanding of marketing automation tools, web analytics, and campaign analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing programs that enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Basic understanding of demand generation performance KPIs such as impressions, clicks, web visitors, and leads.
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and incorporate feedback from a large group of stakeholders.
  • Forward-thinking, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative, and able to build rapport quickly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Higher education degree in marketing or related field.
  • Experience in fintech, technology, or related spaces.
  • Experience managing global campaigns including email marketing, social advertising, and SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, and Tableau.
