About The Position
The position involves developing and executing a comprehensive AI strategy for SelectQuote, identifying AI opportunities across divisions to enhance efficiency and customer experience, and leading AI & Innovation and Data Science teams to drive business impact. The role requires translating complex AI concepts into clear actionable business insights and collaborating with senior leadership and the board to drive AI adoption and innovation. Additionally, the position involves evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge, managing external AI partnerships and vendor relationships, and developing a culture of AI experimentation and continuous improvement. The candidate will also oversee AI governance, ethical considerations, and compliance with regulations, ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned with the overall corporate strategy.
