About The Position
The Brookings Institution is seeking a Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the human resources function and partner with executive leadership. This role is critical in shaping the culture and community at Brookings, ensuring high-quality HR services, and maintaining a productive relationship with the staff union. The CHRO will oversee a dedicated HR team and support a workforce of approximately 420 scholars and staff, along with affiliates and interns, during a time of strategic momentum and change.
