About the position

The Vice President, B2B Marketing & Demand Generation at Tillster is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies with an emphasis on demand generation. This position involves overseeing demand generation campaigns, collaborating with various teams to articulate value propositions, and enhancing marketing systems to optimize lead generation processes. The role also includes managing public relations activities and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create programs that highlight Tillster and its core positioning while aligning with the competitive landscape.
  • Identify key customer groups and develop strategies appropriate to their roles in the buying process.
  • Develop key KPIs in conjunction with leadership, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the execution of demand generation campaigns, ensuring precision and consistency across all materials and communications.
  • Own the demand generation strategy for Tillster customers, creating pipeline generation campaigns to drive new business wins and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement the best use case for marketing automation and CRM platforms to optimize demand generation processes.
  • Implement and enhance marketing systems for efficient demand generation, lead generation, scoring, and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to articulate compelling value propositions for Tillster's commerce platform solutions.
  • Manage strategy for events, tradeshows, sponsorships, webinars, and client summits.
  • Oversee content development to position Tillster as a leader in the marketplace, including white papers, case studies, and marketing collateral.
  • Drive the sales development team to align demand generation efforts with sales priorities.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels between demand generation and sales teams for efficient lead handoff and conversion.
  • Oversee Tillster's PR activities, ensuring strategic alignment with demand generation objectives and brand messaging.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to enhance Tillster's visibility and reputation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and demand generation strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards achieving marketing goals.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant or Hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with content development for marketing purposes.
