About the position

The Vice President of Business Development (Healthcare RPO) at Korn Ferry is responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the North American region of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, developing sales strategies, and overseeing a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets. The position requires a deep understanding of Korn Ferry's solutions to effectively address client needs and contribute to solution development and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive overall growth and development of sales and client relationships in the North American RPO business.
  • Develop and outline the sales strategy for the region, including upsell potential and strategic new targets.
  • Identify leads and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Contribute to solution development, pricing, and design.
  • Lead and participate in the pitch process and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage a team of sales executives, setting targets and KPIs.
  • Align team members to opportunities as needed.
  • Accountable for the growth of RPO top-line revenue in the region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership or director level experience within sales.
  • 8+ years of professional services industry experience.
  • 5+ years of proven success leading and motivating teams.
  • 5+ years of KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • 5+ years of interaction with senior leadership/director level both written and verbally.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • 15+ years of senior leadership and/or director level experience within talent acquisition and specifically RPO.
  • 5+ years of global business experience.
