About the position

The Vice President, Content Production, Wealth Product Management at HarbourVest is responsible for managing the content updates and ongoing management of presentation, client reporting, and data room content for the firm's evergreen fund business. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality, accurate content within deadlines while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, ensuring that all content meets regulatory standards and is produced efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a global team responsible for content production.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and up-to-date presentation, client reporting, and data room content for evergreen funds.
  • Supervise the updating and maintenance of client reporting collateral and product marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with compliance and investment performance teams to review and approve presentation materials.
  • Manage wealth presentation content in Seismic and oversee control processes for regulated products.
  • Improve and maintain the control environment for marketing presentation creation and content updates.
  • Implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and automate content updates.
  • Build the marketing content production infrastructure to scale volume and efficiency.
  • Oversee fund and distributor data rooms, ensuring timely updates.
  • Translate marketing content and reports into multiple languages, partnering with service providers.

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years of experience in Client Operations, Investor Services, Investment Operations, or Product Marketing for evergreen vehicles or liquid strategies.
  • Strong understanding of private market evergreen vehicles or liquid strategies.
  • Experience supervising content updates for product marketing presentations and client reporting materials.
  • Background in operating within a regulatory environment and supervising control processes.
  • Project management expertise to deliver content on time.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong relationship skills to partner closely with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in overseeing a geographically dispersed team.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with a change-management mentality.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA and/or CFA preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in automating content updates across various materials.
