About the position

The Vice President of Conversational AI is responsible for leading the vision, architecture, and execution of Conversational AI initiatives at ServiceNow. This role involves overseeing a team of engineers and collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Quality Engineering to deliver innovative AI solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of AI capabilities and solutions on the Conversational Platform.
  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation through launch, ensuring the development of high-impact and scalable AI solutions.
  • Establish right architectural patterns to build scalable frameworks for enterprise customers.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing AI team fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Drive the development and deployment of AI features.
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, scalability, and security of the AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the AI solutions and identify and implement opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Act as a thought leader for AI Initiatives on the Conversational Platform.
  • Provide executive leadership to support customers in leveraging GenAI features to achieve their business goals.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a Master's or PhD or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering and commercializing AI products, from development to market.
  • Extensive background in science and engineering with deep expertise in AI/ML technologies.
  • Hands-on technical skills and practical experience to drive AI projects effectively.
  • Experience leading high-performing engineering and machine learning teams.
